Your First Visit

Prior to Your Arrival

We love to take care of the paperwork for your visit as efficiently as possible so we can enjoy our time getting to know you. Please print our Patient Forms and have them completed when you check in. This will save time in the registration process.

Please bring a list of any medications or supplements you are taking, a photo ID and your dental insurance card, if applicable.

We offer complimentary garage parking with private elevator access. If you choose not to drive to our office, the DeSoto properties doorman will direct you to our spacious third floor suite.

What to Expect

During your appointment, you'll find that our commitment to quality governs every aspect of our work and ensures that we always exceed your expectations. It is important to Dr. Thomas and our team that we take time to talk with you about your goals for your smile and learn about your previous dental experiences.

Using our digital technology systems, Dr. Thomas will share images of your teeth, gums and jaw bone with you to give you a complete understanding of your oral health. Together, you will plan an approach to keep your smile healthy that works best for you.

Financial Arrangements & Payment Options

As our guest and our patient, we believe that you have a right to know about estimated costs prior to treatment. Our team will review your anticipated treatment costs with you and explain financial options for your care.

For your convenience, we are able to file dental insurance with most major carriers, and we have payment plans available with CareCredit® Dental Financing.
