Keeping You Safe
At Dental Designs of Savannah, the safety of our patients and our team is our greatest responsibility and top priority.
Our commitment as dental professionals has always been to maintain the highest standards of infection control that meet or exceed the guidelines established by the American Dental Association®, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Georgia Department of Public Health and OSHA.
Infection Control
Before, during and after each dental procedure, our team has developed strict infection control and disinfection protocols to prevent the spread of infection. We sterilize our dental instruments and wear the proper PPE at all times.
Dr. Richard Thomas and each member of our team attend ongoing safety and infection control training to stay abreast of changes and updates as new information becomes available.
COVID-19 Prevention Measures
To reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19 in our community, we ask our patients a few screening questions prior to each appointment about their health and any possible risk of exposure to COVID-19. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have a fever or persistent cough prior to your dental appointment, please Contact Us to postpone your visit.
We ask that you wear a face mask or facial covering as you enter our facility, and that you keep it in place until the time of treatment. If you do not have a mask, we will be happy to provide one for you.
We request that only the patient with an appointment enters our office. If you are accompanying your child or are a caregiver, just let us know and we will make sure you are comfortable.
Ask us about contact-less payment and secure email receipt options.
Thank you for your patience and support as we do our part to protect the health and safety of our patients and our team. If you have questions about our infection control procedures, please do not hesitate to Contact Our Dental Designs of Savannah Team Members.
